 GREEN DESIGN
The Green Design exhibitions and the VAM Design's
hosted events are a joint project by the Danish Cultural Institute,
the Royal Danish Embassy,
the Estonian Institute and the Finnagora, organising partners are
the VAM Design and the BuBiFeszt. The exhibitions and the events connected
are the part of the VAM Design's Garbage-world - Eco-design Festival's
event "Design-walk around the Garbage-heap.
The aim of the Green Design programmes (exhibitions, workshops,
biking events and a conference "Urban design and traffic planning")
is to bring the attention of the visitors to the environmental problems
of our age and to give opportunity - besides the Hungarian artists
introduced by VAM - to the "green
design" artist of the exhibiting countries to demonstrate their
approach and interpretation of the environmental problems.
